When should You Replace Kangoo Jumps Parts?

Proper maintenance and timely replacement of Kangoo Jump parts can extend their lifespan and ensure safe use. Below is a guide to help you determine when each component needs replacement.

T-Spring (Spring Mechanism)

- Average replacement time: Every 60–80 hours of use (earlier for intense workouts). 

- When to replace? If the springs are cracked, broken, or have lost their elasticity.

Shells & Non-Slip Rubber Soles 

- Average replacement time: Every 2–3 years IF the T-Spring is regularly replaced. 

- When to replace? If the soles are cracked, worn out, or have lost their grip.

Buckles & Straps 

- Check regularly to ensure they hold your feet securely.  

- When to replace? If the buckles are broken or the straps no longer provide a stable fit.

Inner Liner 

- Recommended replacement or washing:Every 1.5 years, depending on usage. 

- Washing instructions:Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.

Screws & Fasteners 

- Check at least once a month to ensure they are not loose. 

- When to replace? If they are worn out, loosened, or broken. 

- Corrosion protection: It is recommended tospray the screws with WD-40 every six months to protect them from sweat and moisture-related corrosion.

Temperature Resistance

- The boot shell adapts well to temperatures between -40°C and +40°C, but do not expose it to direct sunlight**, as the plastic structure may become damaged or deformed.
