✔️ Sporty, Comfortable Outfit*

Choose clothes that allow you to move freely and make you feel comfortable. Breathable fabrics help prevent excessive sweating. 

 

✔️ Longer Sport Socks

Wearing high-cut sports socks prevents rubbing from the boots and ensures a more comfortable experience. 

 

✔️ Water Bottle 

Kangoo Jumps is an intense, high-energy workout, and you’ll sweat a lot—so staying hydrated is key! 

 

✔️ Energizing Snack (Optional) 

A light snack before your workout (like a banana, nuts, or an energy bar) can help maintain your energy levels.
